The manager here at Aspen Peak Loop is very helpful and friendly. She tried to get things done that I asked her to do. She ... fights for what I need to get done. I'm handicap and she takes in consideration of my needs. And the maintenance worker here knows what he's doing and gets the job done, not like the maintenance worker that they had here before him. I just want to say since Pacifica Residential has taken over Aspen peak condos, the Management team running aspen peak is ... such a friendly hard working staff. Destiny takes care of all requests that I have had for the past couple of months. Since the Assistant Manager Francisco has taken a seat at Madison where all the calls are taken from aspen peak, The phone has been answered more than it was before he was there and has been very helpful too.
